On Wednesday 27 April 2022 in the Columned Hall of the University of Warsaw the book about ancient Palmyra written by Professor Michał Gawlikowski was presented and handed over to the Author.
The speech was delivered by Professor Piotr Bieliński, representative of the Polish Centre of Mediterranean Archaeology University of Warsaw.
Professor Michał Gawlikowski presented the history and monuments of the ancient Palmyra.
The book was published by IRSA as a new volume in the “Bibliotheca of Artibus et Historiae” series.
