The book about ancient Palmyra written by Professor Michał Gawlikowski was presented in the Archaeological Museum in Cracow on Tuesday 29 November 2022.
The speech was delivered by Professor Ewdoksia Papuci-Władyka, representative of the Institute of Archeology of the Jagiellonian University.
Professor Michał Gawlikowski presented the history and monuments of the ancient Palmyra.
The book was published by IRSA as a new volume in the “Bibliotheca of Artibus et Historiae” series.
